In addition to his executive career, Mark has been a strong community advocate and is very active in the diversity and inclusion space. Orphaned as a teenager and being a member of the LGBTQ+ community means Mark wants to play it forward. He is the Founder & Chair of the Australian LGBTQ+ Board & Executive Inclusion initiative.
